<HTML>Another possibility is the nuts to fix wipers are wore out (at the end of wiper arm). If that, you just simply replace with a good one.
But you should hear the sound from motor when turn on the wiper. Without sound, it means the electricity can not go through, it must be motor or wire problem. Good luck.</HTML>
