Transportation: 87,146 and 41 bus station right down the building. Very easy and fast to access Carleton, OU and big bus station such as South keys, Billings bridge, Hurdman, Lees and OC Train. Bus 87 goes directly to OU and 41 directly to Carleton.

Roommate: Only one quite and clean lady.

Preference: Female first.

Location: This 12-floors building is located in south keys area, only 1 minute walking distance to grocery and pharmacy stores, post office and restaurants and many amenities.

Price: $390 every month.

一间两居室的卧室出租。客厅不出租，所以只有两人SHARE这宽敞的公寓。本人是一位善良，清洁，安静而且易相处的女性。

在本公寓内，有电话，水，电，暖和许多家具可一使用。因为只有两人SHARE，一切都很宽松。


这里交通也很方便。楼下就是87，146和41。可以直达CARLETON 和OU。到DOWNTOWN和各主要大站都不需要转车。

本人希望最好和一女生SHARE。

I strongly recommand this room because the roommate who I know is a very very nice lady.

And for only 2 people share this nice and specious 2 bedroom apartment with only this price, it is a very good deal with comparation of the current rental of 2 bedroom apartment.

I've just sign a bachlor apartment for $580 per month, why don't you post this massage earlier, even a little bit earlier? How good it would be if I lived with you.
