They are a big company so they do not need to cheat you to earn their money. Small companies can be good, but also can be really bad if they want to cheat your money. Always find a good Canadian tire and get repair done there. I use the one in Kanata, and they are quite good. Also I have used Mike's on McArthur Rd and close to River Rd. They are small but they are really good on cars, very friendly people.
