俺G照带4*,如果G1想让俺陪他/她练车,出事了俺要负什么责任?哪能查到相关规定?

要是出事了总得有人负责吧。难道G1的人自己承担责任?

If you accoompany a G1, you must be a full G license with 3 year of full-G driving experience.

Alcohol level must be maintained at zero percent.

cannot drive highway....blah blah blah...

But the most important, if anything happen, the full-G licenese will take care ALL the responsiblities... but what if the full-G licenesee do not have car insurance... then the car-owner will need to take care of the loses.... think twice.

1. I am holding Full-G license with N-year (N>3) experience, and without any bad record or ticket. I have my own car insurance. In one word, nothing wrong with me

2. G1 is driving his/her own car which is insured by himself/herself.

3. I just accompany him/her on his/her car.

If the car hits someone, or somewhere, do I have any responsibility? Does it affect on my record? Where can I find the regulation or rule?

U do not have any responsibility. 100% sure!

Hi, In reply your reply, here is my explanation:

1. I am holding Full-G license with N-year (N>3) experience, and without any bad record or ticket. I have my own car insurance. In one word, nothing wrong with me
> True, you didnt do anything wrong. But you are the one who is teaching your friend ( with G1 ) how to drive. If you are not sure his ability on the real road. Show him how to drive in a parking lot first!

2. G1 is driving his/her own car hich is insured by himself/herself.
> G1 cannot buy a car by themself.

3. I just accompany him/her on his/her car.
> You are not accompanying him/her, you are showing her how to drive. Since G1 is still in learning stage. Without offical exam from MTO, s/he cannot drive by themself. Therefore, ppl accompanying him/her is suppose to help him/her in driving. Otherwise why they need an experienced full-G licenese ppl beside them..

If the car hits someone, or somewhere, do I have any responsibility?
Does it affect on my record?
> It will not affect your driving record but only your insurance will go up!

Where can I find the regulation or rule?
> visit www.mto.on.ca

Have fun!

P.S. Just let you know, if you do not have any confidenece on your friend. Show them in an empty parking lot in the early morning. Dont go to real road if you or him/her is not sure!

2. G1 is driving his/her own car hich is insured by himself/herself.
> G1 cannot buy a car by themself

This point was definitely incorrect. G1 CAN buy a car and CAN get insured if any insurance company would like to do so. Myself is an example.

However, I agree the G accompanist does have a certain kind of responsibility for an accident in this case.

Please have accurate infomation before posting them here, otherwise it is only cause misleading!!

Here are some mistakes I found in the previous posts:

1. you must be a full G license with 3 year of full-G driving experience.
Not true. All accompanying drivers must be fully licensed and have at least four years of driving
experience. (not neccessarily 4-year's full G experience)

2. Alcohol level must be maintained at zero percent.
Their blood alcohol concentration must be less than the legal suspension limit of .05 per cent
blood alcohol.

3. visit www.mto.on.ca
I assume that should be www.mto.gov.on.ca

IMHO, the responsiblity and liability of accompanying drivers will be determined on case by case basis. Maybe you can get a sure answer by calling 1-800-387-3445. Please also check the link below.
