Hi, In reply your reply, here is my explanation:
1. I am holding Full-G license with N-year (N>3) experience, and without any bad record or ticket. I have my own car insurance. In one word, nothing wrong with me
> True, you didnt do anything wrong. But you are the one who is teaching your friend ( with G1 ) how to drive. If you are not sure his ability on the real road. Show him how to drive in a parking lot first!
2. G1 is driving his/her own car hich is insured by himself/herself.
> G1 cannot buy a car by themself.
3. I just accompany him/her on his/her car.
> You are not accompanying him/her, you are showing her how to drive. Since G1 is still in learning stage. Without offical exam from MTO, s/he cannot drive by themself. Therefore, ppl accompanying him/her is suppose to help him/her in driving. Otherwise why they need an experienced full-G licenese ppl beside them..
If the car hits someone, or somewhere, do I have any responsibility?
Does it affect on my record?
> It will not affect your driving record but only your insurance will go up!
Where can I find the regulation or rule?
> visit
www.mto.on.ca
Have fun!
P.S. Just let you know, if you do not have any confidenece on your friend. Show them in an empty parking lot in the early morning. Dont go to real road if you or him/her is not sure!
