i think you have to go back to china and do that~
Canadian lawyers, even they are Chinese Canadian, they can not prove whether your chinese documents is effect!

Notarizing

Your documents must be translated into English before notarized. You might look for some Notary (or lawyers) from local newspaper, telephone book (yellow page) or just go a library to find out. You might also want to know how much it costs if you do this in China, in order to save on money.
