My interpretation on some of the abbervations:
PS = Power sunroof
AC = air conditioning
PDL = power door lock
PW = power windows
cert = safety certificate
obo = or best offer
B.O. = best offer?

pw=p windows
cert=certificated
gas mileage=一加仑汽油所行驶的里程
fully loaded=设备比较齐全
cruise control=巡航功能
tilt=tilt wheel
ac=air conditioning
