I bought about 10 pounds two years ago, the quality is good, very dry.

They can delievery if you live in downtown area, but its better to go to the farm to see the actual size of ginseng. It takes about an hour from downtown ottawa to there. (in Quebec)

我听一个参农说，现在的西洋参根差不多都是挑剩下了的，好的要到今年秋冬才有收获，夏季只有买参茶或者粉末胶囊的了。
