how about her white blood cell?? that pretty important..is doctor said any other symptoms? my suggestion is ask professional specialist and show them the result. not asking over here.

我有个朋友的父亲有这个病。正常的血小板好象是10万单位，而她父亲严重时在2万以下。这种情况，就可能导致脑颅出血，猝然死亡。当然，她的父亲每次都抢救过来了。

这要看你的岳母是哪种特质和程度的血小板减少。如果只是单一的后天急性紫癜，伴轻微的皮下出血症状，血小板数在2万以上，一般情况下不会遗传，也不可能有什么问题，最多转成慢性。即使那样，也不用担心什么。只要特别注意不要吃粗纤维的东西和不要出血。

如果是先天性的，到了中年以后才发现，可能会遗传了。得这种病的中年女子还比较多。也要看情况。不过就是有遗传，一般是没什么问题的。

但许多人宁愿把这个病看的很严重，当成中世纪欧洲的皇室血友病一样。这是因为有许多时候血小板减少是其他血液病的前兆，可能会是白血病等的一个外在表现。所以就的重视了。

最好请血液病专家会诊，确定你岳母的病。如果是普通 的后天性紫癜。没什么，小孩可以照生不误。
