Kingston is using area code 613 too. How can we tell a number is long distance from Ottawa or not? I am using cell phone and it will always make the dial go through and I end up with high bills.
If the cell phone provider will nodify you before your call is connected if it is a long distance call. Or you can not complete the call unless you dail 1 before the area code.
