想找个驾校学全科，是不是理论部分没什么学的，去哪个学校都一样？最重要的是要找个好的教练练车？

You may get some driving skills and knowledge from driving school if you are a beginner. Moreover, you can get 10% discount for your car ensurance.

Do they teach the same material in theory course of all driving school?

For the driving lessons, the theory is the same.

But for the insurance, if you did not attend those lessons. You are considered as 0-year driving experience. But if you pass the course, you will be treated as you have 3-year driving experience.

Depends on the insurance company, not neccessary have 10% discount.
