About Red Light Camera

I passed an intersection with Red Light Camera when the light is yellow. But the light turned to be red before I reached opposite side. Is that OK? I didn't see any flash because it was in the morning. I just fell upset, thanks a lot for your kind response!!!

you will be charged for going on redlight only WHEN your car still behind the line when the light turns red. Otherwise is ok
