An OU female student wants a room started from Aug.1 (Prefer a long time lease)

Budget for a room is:

Hull area $250 to $300
Ottawa (close to OU) $300 to $380

Requirement for a room are:
Utilities(gas, hydro, heat and water)are included,Internet,cable (optional)
No pets please
Quite please
Basic furniture such as desk, bed and shelf

My principles(Just to deliver an idea that I won't create any troubles for the one who may consider to rent a room to me)
I spend most of my time at school, I always keep my living environment as best as it could be, I am very quite person,don't smoke and never party at home. I always pay my rent on time!

It seems very hard to find a room in these days. If anyone(female pls)has the same problem as me, probably we can go together and rent an apartment.
