听你这么一说，我赶紧找出两卡，但是怎么也没有发现卡上有地址啊。
我想，这两个卡一个证明你是永久居民，一个是你报税用的FILE，卡本身应该没有什么地址可改。
关键是如果你申报了退税，按照规定你应该即时提供你的新地址以便与和你联系或寄支票给你。这个是不是和你说的SIN卡地址有些关系？

you must change the address for SIN and Maple card.
This is required by law.
