请教：朋友从别的省刚来的渥太华，在那里换驾照？

需要什么文件，大概多久能下来？

在WALKELLY上～就是驾照的考试中心，只要拿着BC省的驾照，当天就能换～！！

I guess the office in Walkey road cannot be changing driver license. You need to go to the office on Merivale Road!

Cause I just renew my Ontario license and went to Walkey Road office and they said for license inquiry, you have to go the office in Merivale.

Approximate location, drive on Baseline Road, turn south to Merivale, keep on the right lane. You will see a Loeb supermarket on your right. The office is in that shopping plaza.
