4.5 for 5 year ( BMO) or 4.65 for 5 year with The brick certificate( equal to 1.5% of mortgage) to buy appliances (RBC ), which is better?

Hi,It's a greate rate, could you give me a contact number of BMO, so I can call him/her directly

Also I know CIBC give a prime - 1.01 (=3.75-1.01=2.75) varible, if you think the rate will not go up quiclky, you can try it (it's better than TD (prime-0.75)

BMO today's 5 year fix rate is 6.7%. Could you tell me which branch or broker you got the 4.5% for 5 years? That is a really good deal.
