Facilities include furniture with exception of bed. TV, Microwave and lots stuff; hot or cold water and hydro available to be use.
Transportation: 87,146 and 41 bus station right down the building. Very easy and fast to access Carleton, OU and big bus station such as South keys, Billings bridge, Hurdman, Lees and OC Train. Bus 87 goes directly to OU and 41 directly to Carleton.
Roommate: Only one quite and clean lady.
Preference: Female first.
Location: This 12-floors building is located in south keys area, only 1 minute walking distance to grocery and pharmacy stores, post office and restaurants and many amenities.
Price: $390 every month.
