在CLOSING之前交给银行的钱除了DOWNPAYMENT还有一个房价的百分之几的费用,有哪位朋友知道这个具体比例是多少呀?1.5%?

From 5% to less than 10% down payment, the fee is 3.25% of the mortgage value.
From 10% to less than 15%, the fee is 2.00% of the mortgage value.
From 15% to less than 20%, the fee is 1.75% of the mortgage value.
From 20% to less than 25%, the fee is 1.00% of the mortgage value.
25% and above, the fee is not applicable

It is "Closing Costs".

Closing Costs equal to at least 1.5% of purchase price (legal fee, land transfer tax atc).
