请教关于寄东西回国是否要收税

最近想寄一些护肤品和香水回去给朋友. 但是听说在国内取包裹的时候会收一定的税, 不知道事实是否如此.还望有寄过东西回去的朋友告之. 谢谢!

Perfume is not allowed now, the others are ok. No tax under certain amount. Check with post office.
