没有漏的地方，换房顶的人说，
房顶上有2块地方的木板有点软，
2块加起来大概有1平方米吧，
他说最好都换了，便宜些，3400刀，
油毡片就要 5300
再加税，差不多要1万了吧，
所以我要换一家。

Are they crazy? I'm confused. Since we will change roof this year. My neighbour said the average price is around $2000. IS yours single house, that's too much.

不算木板，5500，木板每平方英尺 3 块。
