Immediately want an engineer with following requires:

CDMA Consultant requirements
1. Be familiar with MOTOROLA CDMA optimization.
2. Cooperate with our CBSC senior Engineer working on CBSC KPI investigation, system problem checking and give optimization proposals.
3. Coordinate with site engineers to analyze major problems and propose optimization solutions; and when necessary, review and recommend solutions to the division of LAC sectors, MSC borders, multi-carrier and PB sector planning.
4. Coordinate with engineers to carry out technical consultancies with clients, and present lectures (mainly on optimization) to clients when necessary, and answer technical questions raised by clients.
5. Submit working reports at each phase, and give illustrations on the report.
6. Assist CBSC engineers to jointly solve major system problems during optimization period, and propose solutions.
7. Assist RF engineers to jointly solve major problems during optimization period, and recommend network optimization suggestions to the problematic RF zone, and exchange ideas with project team to develop practical solutions to be implemented; when necessary, review whether multi-carrier configuration and present review comments; introduce overseas solutions to problems of such kind.
8. Coordinate with engineers in proposing comments and recommendations on radio and system parameters, and communicate with clients.
9. Coordinate in proposing optimization recommendations focusing on some key areas through reviewing network data, and answer technical questions raised by clients.
10. Submit phase working reports, and elaborate on the report.
11. Participate in project summary meetings and client communication, and summarize all finished work and technical exchange.
