请教关于电话卡的问题

请教各位弟兄姐妹,指点迷津:
上周买了一张CANADA EXPRESS的5块面值的卡(因为紧急,没有时间去唐人街买平常用的china direct),结果呢,那个卡说5块可以打中国385分钟.我没有怎么用,一个星期就没有钱了.我以为是我打得多,可以没有道理啊,385分钟可是6个多小时啊,我不可能有那么多时间一个星期打6个多小时的电话啊.
于是我这个星期又买了一张这样的卡,是红色枫叶的,与上周相同.我记录了通话时间,是这样的:
11:04AM_11:10AM june 15
7:46am_8:06am june 17
那么共计我打了26分钟电话,可是电话卡已经告诉我卡里面只有4小时44分钟了.也就是还有284分钟.385-284=101分钟,我打26分钟,按照电话卡的语音提示,我却使用了101分钟.
请问这是怎么回事情啊?钱倒不是说很多,但是感觉这欺骗也太严重了吧?我打电话给他们的客户服务电话,一个女的很不礼貌接的,说"nothing I can do about that"就挂电话了.他们的网站是www.callasia.ca很变态的网站,居然不能找到解决相关问题的栏目,我很难在他们的网站上面找到什么有用信息.
请大家出出主意!现在什么电话打国内便宜又好啊?多谢!

I bought Chinatown phone cards. It was ok before but recently I found it had less and less minutes than it should have. I found that a 5 dollor card (250 minutes to china) had only about 170 minutes or less in most time. For example, when I used the phone card, I was told there were 52 minutes available after I dialed the phone number in China, but my call was cut off at 37 minutes. I am wondering which phone card is good nowadays.

Those phone cards don't have any date. You have no idea when was that rate marked on the card. They won't and can't notify you for any rate change.
