CIBC 给我年利率 7% （Prime 3.75%+3.25%） 的 Personal Line of Credit，这个利率是否过高？谢谢！

有房产抵押的话是prime-something.

利率的多少是根据你的信用记录和借钱给你的风险而定的, 所以如果你有房屋等东西做抵押, CREDIT LIMIT 会提高, 利率也会低些.

it is too much, they try to get ur hard working money as many they can, u can get prime rate if u set up on ur mortgage line of Credit, even normal line of credit, u can get best deal is prime +1%, u like to know all detail about it, i can help u to talk to one of GM of Scotiabank. HHQ to me

好象不算高,TD的也不低,我有,不过好久没用了,忘了具体是多少了!
