Speeding

I got a speeding ticket for 115 km/h in 417 last night. The police stopped me a give me a $50 ticket for 15km over the limit. Shall I pay the ticket and wonder how it affect my insurance. Thank you very much!!!!!

这张应该是扣2分得,没关系.只有扣3分或以上才会影响保险.而且就50块,如果找人打不值得,自己去上厅到是可以去试试,如果你有时间得话.

I just talked to a police woman in downtown. She said I would not lose point since the fine amount for this ticket is only $40. However, it will show in the my driving record as a speeding ticket.

Also, she confirmed my ticket is not from Ottawa police but from OPP.
