我当初就都是从网上找得啊！
以下这个是入学需要准备的资料
Master's Program in Project Management Without Thesis (Professional orientation) (3777)
A completed application form for admission;
$30 admission fee (cheque to the order of the Université du Québec en Outaouais);.
Confidential reports by three references. These reports must be sent to the University as soon as possible, by the references themselves;
A 300-word essay in which you describe your accomplishments and indicate what led you to apply for graduate and postgraduate studies;
A current résumé or curriculum vitae;
An official certificate or letter exposing your professional experience, signed by your employer (photocopies are not accepted);
Your latest official transcripts of your academic results. Photocopied transcripts are accepted for application. However, in order to be accepted in the program, an official transcript with the University's seal is required;
Your birth certificate (photocopy accepted).
下面这个链接里面带有Acrobat reader图标的右面2个文件就是配合以上要求的
申请表和推荐信表格，打印出来就是了。
