By reviewing the posts regarding car insurance in this forum and the Yellow pages in the past three days, the cheapest annual premium for me is from MELOCHE MONNEX (1-866-843-9223).

And the best thing for this company is that they may accept our oversea driving history. The letter for claim free of 3 years from my previous insurer outside of Canada is acceptable to them.

I hold a G2 license issued last Nov; also I don’t have a driving certificate from Ministry of Transportation in Ontario. My annual premium for full comprehensive coverage is around $1,580 for a 1997 Toyota Corolla.

I think it is a good price for me comparing with other ridiculous price such as $2,900.
