如何申请 H1B VISA 去美国工作?

本人尚未取得 canadian citizenship 但现有一个美国的工作 offer,

请问各位如何申请 H1B VISA? 或有其它办法吗?

刚才美国公司的HR打电话来问, 显然她知道的比我还少, 真实十万火急火急啊!

Go to Honda or Hongda garage. They know it.

H1B VISA 需要 employer sponser, if HR does not have good knowledge, who can help you?
(1) The company need to have H1B quote
(2) The company applies LCA (usually they hire a laywer to deal with the case)
(3) After LCA has been approved, the company send the package to you
(4) Prepare all documents as required (check list), go to embassy in person for interview

The key points to get H1B are:

(1) It is a professional position (need professional expertise)
(2) The company is able to pay you (not less than the average salary for a similar position)
(3) You are qualified for this position (edication, skill and experience)
