如何申请 H1B VISA 去美国工作?
本人尚未取得 canadian citizenship 但现有一个美国的工作 offer,

请问各位如何申请 H1B VISA? 或有其它办法吗?

刚才美国公司的HR打电话来问, 显然她知道的比我还少, 真实十万火急火急啊!

The cap for this year (65000) has been reached long time ago. You have to wait until October to use the quota for next year.

It usually takes a few weeks/months, depending on the efficiency of the officer, to receive an H1 after you have filed the application.
Practically you have little chance to get it this year.

H1-B今年的Quota已经用完了，等吧。如果雇主不着急的话，可以等你拿到公民后在给你offer.
真的，有一个同学懂RFIC的，美国找不到qualify的人，随时欢迎你去，过了这村，回过头来，这个店还在。
估计你能拿到这里的offer,应该也是有rare skill in need.

也很伤心.这家公司HR的人说了十月份.

请问有没有一种公司内部 TRANSFER的签证. 这家公司最近被 Lucent Technologies 收购. 我能否先让 Toronto 的 Lucent 聘我, 然后通过此签证过去.

There is one. It's called L instead of H. It's much harder to get an L --- L is specially for high level management (general manager, directer, VP, etc.) internal transfer use. Good luck.
