Salary: $1008 - $1231 / weekly.
Location: Toronto
Status: Restricted.
Description: Join Management Board Secretariat's iSERV ONTARIO and provide consulting/technical expertise in the effective use of the government's corporate computerized telecommunication information management system TRIMS (order entry, inventory and billing system). You will: support ministries in preparing, closing/finalizing Centrex service order requests; resolve order problems/discrepancies; verify monthly service charges/manage inventory; administer maintenance contracts; conduct training sessions/develop training materials; oversee daily operation/maintenance of TRIMS; schedule, implement running or monthly billing/reconciliation/inventory information; develop/maintain operational procedures documentation; evaluate/implement new IMS/enhance existing systems.
Qualifications: demonstrated knowledge of/experience in IMS/common carrier's database systems, Centrex Service/features, hardware, system design capabilities, financial/statistical processes; analytical, evaluative, reasoning/problem-solving, communication, PC/software skills.
Area of Search: restricted to OPS employees living or working within 125 km of 155 University Ave., Toronto.
