Try 怡昌堂 in Ottawa (685 Somerset W.). Their 西洋参 is good. I bought 2 lbs last time there and I just used up my last ones.

I put a couple 西洋参 in the soup when I make Chicken soup. I buy the grain-fed chicken from Costco. The chicken soup tastes better.
