Sounds reasonable to me. If the car is well maintened, you can drive 100k km more with minimum cost. Pay attention to the transmisson of high mileage car, fixing that cost $2000 to $3000. Also asking about the timing belt. Look at the tires, and ask the owner about snow tires, if they don't have a set, maybe you can cut some price.
If it called Cronos, it should be manufactured in US or Mexico. It look nicer, but not as good as old Mazda made in Japan.
Go to www.traders.ca select the same make and year of the car, look at the price. You can have a basic idea about how much it cost.
