Can I buy from eDealSeek.com in Canada?

All deals on www.edealseek.com are in USA, but they are much better than anything in Canada. I want to know if buy on www.edealseek.com beyond the shipping fees I have to pay, how much extra I have to pay to have them cross the border. I asked the border once, they said something it depends on where it was made and what it is, such as for cars, it is 6.5% ... So it is not full 15% of GST and PST..
