Sorry, I guess not to be discussable. The reason is simple that the overall expenses of the apartment are more than 800 dollars every month, the rent of $360 even not half of it yet but including everything. If you are still interested, please give me a call. Thanks.

To take No.37 in front of the building to be around 25 minutes maximum for downtown Ottawa (Rideau Centre/Parliament Hill).
