本人硕士毕业七年，三○有一，即将移民多伦多，在国内的著名大型通信企业干了4年，自己合伙作小公司三年。专业：本科，计算机，硕士，通信与电子系统。

这种背景，有无工作可能？是上学还是工作？是上学，如何操作？请指点，谢谢！！
