How many bikes have you lost since coming to Canada?

My two bikes were stolen again this afternoon! I put it in my yard, and just for 1 hour from 1:00 to 2:00. Total together, I lost 4 bikes since I moved to Quebec.

Those bad guys who stole my bikes should go to die in a car accident! Canada is not a safe country, either! Now I found that if you do not loose a bike in Canada, you could not be a real Canadian!

Now I just have to looki for a second hand bike, better have a back rack, no more than $20 (I am afraid I will loose it again).

I lost 2 bicycles in China, not a single one in Canada.

But I assemble bicycles with junk parts by myself, any thief with a little bit self-respect won't bother to touch them. I left them before the Bayshore and Rideau shopping malls without locking. Nobody touched them in 2 hours.

巨破的一辆车，链子断了，那位朋友不要了。送给我了。他原先买的时候也就2、30块！

我买了台湾产的很结实的钢丝锁，新链子，后来又换了一个新内胎，后来又换了一个新外胎。总共花了得有4、50块钱！

总共骑了一年多！

You may want to buy a folding bicycle from China.
They are very light and compact after folding. You can carry it around for whole day without breaking a sweat.
Probably around 400-600 RMB.

I lost one bike and 3 wheels in Ottawa. The first time my bike's wheel was stolen. I bought a wheel from one guy whose bike was stolen except the wheel with the lock. The second time I lost one bike and another bike's two wheels.

Heee... My family lost 3 bikes in 2 weeks two years ago. After that, I purchased a very strong lock for my 4th bike. Unfortunately, its front wheel was taken away one day by someone because I only locked the rear wheel with the strong lock.

Currently, I have two locks with the 5th bike - I just don't ride it at all - because which is only good for my 5 years old daughter.... heeee...

One bike was sent by a friend. He is very kind and sent me the old back with back rack to hold heavy stuff. We spent lots of time to fix the brake, but three days later, stolen by a white male guy.

How come I say it is a white male guy? One afternoon last week, I found this guy came into my yard and touch my bikes. I shout out, he rode on his bike and ran away quickly. So I think it should be this thief again. He made some "survey" last week, today, he took action!!

A good wish to this thief: have a car accident while riding my bike. Serious disease is waiting for him!
