I have printed digital pics at Future shop and Loblaws, both are pretty good. Right now Loblaws is offering $0.25 each while Future shop is offering $0.39 each for 4X6 prints (online prices).

You can copy the photos to a CD and bring the CD to the store for printing. Or you can order your prints online by uploading your photos to their web sites. Just go to the site and follow instructions. It might take a while to upload if you have many photos, but you can do so at home.
