Description: Join the Human Services I&IT Cluster's health care programs I&IT branch to provide senior consulting expertise and application architectural support for the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care's public health information systems to support operation health protection action plan.
Qualifications: in-depth expertise in mission-critical, multi-tiered J2EE application development/support; expert knowledge of OOAD, UML, RUP, Remedy, Clearquest, Clearcase or equivalents, security standards/practices, Oracle 9i/10g DBMS, PL/SQL, Cognos Impromptu, Web Report; advanced analytical, problem-solving, organization, project/service-management, interpersonal, communication skills; knowledge of public health issues, emergent IT trends.
