搬家到Hull ,请教大家！！！！！！！！

8月份从多伦多搬到Hull，在Ottawa上学，到底是入Quebec居民好还是不入好呢？能说说利弊吗？

如果不入的话那么驾照、健康卡，汽车保险。。。。改地址是魁省的地址要紧吗？还有什么其他事项需要办理？

Just live here and enjoy the lower rent and grocery.
