美国签证申请费

Ottawa美国使馆L-1延期。在确认一下：申请费$100+签证发放费$120是面试时交，可用现金。而不是提前在银行交，凭交费凭证去面试。

$120这个是Reciprocity Fee.中国国籍的要交。

・ VISA APPLICATION FEE: Each applicant must pay a U.S. $100.00 application fee, in exact U.S. currency
only (coins are not accepted). This application fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether or not you are
issued a visa.
・ RECIPROCITY FEE: Depending on your country of citizenship, you may also be required to pay a fee for
visa issuance, known as a "reciprocity" fee. If your visa application is approved, you will be asked to pay this
fee at the time of your interview. The following methods of payments are accepted: Cash in U.S. Funds, U.S.
Postal Money Order or Certified check payable to U.S. Consulate General. You may also obtain this

这个$100是随资料一起在面试时交？还是提前在什么地方交？我记得原来在多伦多面试时，这个申请费是在面试之前到Nova Scotia Bank付，然后持付款凭证去面试。现在这个规定改了？
