Skills and Abilities: In depth expertise and experience required in
client/server database architecture and low level design. Ability to develop
and program ADO drivers and database servers for use by Windows
applications.
Other Requirements: Familiarity with Microsoft source-safe and project
management techniques and philosophies.
The successful applicant will be self reliant, driven to know how "it"
really works behind the scenes, and recognized for creative, elegant
solutions that go beyond the "accepted way" to do the job better. In short,
someone who can find a way, and then program it.
