地下室潮湿和阴冷, 而且还有一股驱之不去的霉味, 怎么办呢?
可能是地下室的窗在deck下面的缘故, 可是如何是好啊?

Maybe the builder has not insulated the basement well.
For sure basement is colder than main level, because it's actually underground. But if you found it seriously cold and moist all the time, then probably the insulation of the wall is not good, so the moist of the soil goes through.

I don't think it has anything to do with the window...
Is your basement finished?

基本上,地下室都需要使用除湿器呢? 另外, 除湿器英文怎么说?:blowzy:

I keep my dehumidifier running at all times, 55% humidity.
