关于TICKET的问题

情况如下：

某天晚上大约9点过在DOWNTOWN的某个SHOPPING MALL前面的PARKING停好了车。大概夜里2点过回来取车的时候发现有一个张PRKING TICKET在车上，才发现居然SHOPPING MALL前面的PARKING 不是去全都FREE的，我停的地方好像是需要缴费的位子。这张TICKET就是这个IDEAL PARKING 公司开出来的而不是警察。开出的时间是星期六凌晨1点。

请问我还能申述么？对于这个情况我应该如何处理？谢谢

dont need to pay! and dont pay~

no one can gives you ticket unless they are police officer.

Those IDEAL parking cannot gives you ticket, but if they tow your car away is possible ( if they see your car is not pay for parking )

dont need to pay and dont pay.

我电话联系了这家IDEAL OARKING COMPANY，他们说72小时之内必须交钱，否则有ADDITIONAL CHARGE，还要影响CREDIT RECOED。

真的可以不交，不理会他们？还是我要去申诉或者其他。
