位于Mooney's Bay边的Prince of Wales 1435。15min步行到CU；楼下有117路公车直接到CU；还有3、111路公车，方便到ChinaTown和其他购物地点。楼下还有FAMER’PICK、SHOPPERS DRUG MART、Tim Hountons、McDonalds。
$280包水、电、热、网络、电视Cable、电话。提供简单家具。
