Yes, they are building my deck at moment and very professional and honest. I will post a picture of mine once it is done.

By the way, $18/SF is for a minimum 12'x12' deck.

I hired a contractor last year to bulit my deck, the size is 12'x15' and it is 9' high above the ground, cedar and PT combination, CAD$3700. I am pretty satisfied the quality and price.

Can you post a picture of yours? what is the ratio of Cedar vs. PT? 30%:70%? is there a screen around the bottom?

Sorry, I do not have a picture, it is standard simple rectangle one. All the surface which touches human body was used cedar wood. I have a walk out basement, that is why it is 9' high, otherwise, I would like to bulit it myself.
