there is no seperate licence to drive a pick up truck, anyone with a regular driving licence is allowed to drive it.

hmmm.....i really don't know which moving company to recommend you since i never used one before. everytime when my friends move to their new house, they always rent the pick up truck themselves.

maybe you can check the moving and storages section from the yellow pages and call a few to give you an estimate. they normally charged by the cubic feet (the size) of things need to be moved.
