我是魁省居民，在渥大读本科，急问loan and bursary的事。

是魁省居民，住在hull,今年9月上渥大本科，请问我可以申请loan and bursary吗？还是我只能申请loan only?

我看了有关魁省外读书，申请loan and bursary的3个条件
1st category
Canadian public postsecondary institutions located outside Québec
The program must be subsidized by the government of the province where it is offered.


2nd category
Postsecondary institutions in France
The program must lead to a Diplôme national.


3rd category
Other postsecondary institutions located outside Québec
Recognition for the purposes of loans and bursaries is granted on the basis of the program concerned.

College or Undergraduate University Programs
College and undergraduate university programs may be recognized for the purposes of loans and bursaries if:

no comparable program is offered in Québec

they meet an imperative collective need in Québec


好像第一个条件，是读魁省外的公立学校，专业有省政府资助。

我想渥大本科专业应该都是省政府资助的吧 。


请问，有没有在hull住，去渥大或卡尔顿打学读书的同学，你们申请到loan and bursary，还是只能申请到loan? 你们申请的钱大概一年有多少？

I think you can get both loan and bursary,but they will give you loan first,then after a mount of money,they will give you bursary!

你现在毫无疑问是住在魁省，但是你是不是属于AFE系统里认可的魁省居民取决于几个条件，这些条件在本版的置顶帖子中有介绍。
如果你是AFE认可的魁省居民，则无论你在哪里上大学，住哪里，都可以领到LOANS & BURSARIES, 全部加起来肯定够你一年读书和生活用的，不过如果读魁省外的大学，基本上LOAN会是BURSARIES的两倍以上，尤其是今年又开始改革新的资助系统，感觉是增加LOAN，减少B，但是总数会有所上升。
补充一点，如果你上年报税有收入的话，今年的L&B 会被扣一些。
