关于房屋的保险

今天刚签了MINTO的房子，他们要买一年的保险，想问一下有没有知道哪家的保险公司便宜，多少钱一年。。

Minto 规定你要买保险. 他们跟 ING Insurance 有这种保险. 拿钥匙时在他们那里买就行了, 一百多一年.

楼上的请问一佰多保一年吗?都保些什么呢?

我现在税后是$181一年, 是 non-smoker 的. $500 deductible. Coverage 包括
personal property coverage, loss of use of your dwelling, bodily injury or property damage, voluntary medical payments, voluntary property damage, replacement cost on personal property, water damage extension eddorsement.

I think you are renting NOT buying, right? Tenant insurance is different from Home insurance. Usually the landlord has an insurance already, all you need to do is to pay that premium. You really don't have choice... But for a Home insurance, you can call some insurance broker to get quotations...

那个RENTAL OFFICE告诉我们可以随便找保险公司，不一定用他们推荐给我们的那个，她说找到越便宜的越好~~

PILOT INSURANCE OF TORONTO有最便宜的,一年只需要70多.或者MONNEX也不错.TD WATERHOUSE的服务好,但是比较贵

Some rental dicks request tenant to buy insurance in order to cover their peoperty. They have to find their own insurance company.

Oh I see, I rented my apartment with Osgoode, the insurance broker they recommended is Cohen & Lord Insurance Brokers Ltd Tel: (613) 238-4444. The premium I paid the one year is $38.88 for a one-bed apt.
