You can park on St-Laurent @ St-Antoine St., south of Viger, just circle around the block a few times, you can almost always find a metered parking spot there.

For a few dollars, park in front of Plais de Justice, also on St-Laurent @ St-Antoine, if I'm not mistaken, it's $5 flat fee on weekends.
