28-105 is good enough I think.
28-135 is better because it has IS function and is sharper than 28-105.

optically the two lens performs very similarly and some may even say 28-105 is better. Advantage with 28-135 is IS as mentioned. However, I'm not too sure how useful IS is in this zoom range. IS will be much more useful for lens longer than 200mm.
