The rate is: $812+hydro (heating is included). It is on the 5th floor with a balcony with nice scenery overlooking NRC's campus. Large storage room, clean nice building in a quiet community. Carpet floor and big fridge. Nice laundry room on the gound floor with new facilities, and underground parking is available. Ideal for couples with/without a child.

I am interested in your Apt. Could you please twll me the exact location and the bus route? What time will the lease end? Are there a high school in the neighberhood?

I am interested in your Apt. Could you please twll me the exact location and the bus route? What time will the lease end? Are there a high school in the neighberhood?

Location: 30 Provender Ave., as shown in the following map:

Bus stop is at the door.
The lease will end on June 30, 2005. (but you can extend the lease)
High schools: there are quite a few high schools in the neighborhood
