About LSI Logic in Canada:
LSI Logic is leading the charge in developing algorithms, technology,
and
products that take full advantage of the potential of the new H.264
MPEG-based standard. High-end emerging applications, such as Digital
Video
and film archiving are just a few of the sample applications that can
benefit from H.264/MPEG-4 AVC technology.
While revolutionary improvements in video compression technologies are
critical, LSI Logic is dedicated to open, standards-based technology
implementations and is an active leader in international industry
standardization efforts.
We have a rapidly growing software and VLSI design team in Waterloo;
which
provides room to grow and accelerate your career. We provide the
foundation
to learn about next generation codecs like H.264 and WM9 and be a part
of a
world class codec team with strong business/revenue support. In
addition
this is a prime opportunity to join in on our effort to grow our team
